Animation

I watched cartoons on PBS, Fox, Nickelodeon and Cartoon Network or whatever was on cable television at the time. Invader Zim, Sonic the Hedgehog, Tales From the Crypt Keeper, Garfield and Friends, Courage the Cowardly Dog, Catdog, Tiny Toons,  these are just some I can think of.  I remember watching Japanese Anime on Cartoon Network and not knowing it was "anime".  Just another cartoon. Dragonball Z aired after school around dinner time. I started paying attention during the Androids Saga and watched through Majin Buu. Later, at night, Toonami would air more Animes like Trigun, Cowboy Bebop, Lupin the Third, after the comedy cartoons like Family Guy, Futurama, Aqua Teen Hunger Force, Sealab 2021. I'd be playing World of Warcraft or Warcraft 3 while they played in the background. Eventually I made friends with Tyler and he showed me Naruto, to start. Then a lot of other Animes. We also watched The Boondocks and Thundercats sometimes.

Vegeta (10)

Dragonball Z - Vegeta with his scouter. "IT'S OVER 9000!!!!" I don't remember watching these earlier episodes when they first aired but I've seen some of them and played out the story in numerous video games, shout out to Dragonball Z: Budokai, the first PS2 game I ever got, and it was from the Wal-Mart at the mall. Well, my mom did, but I was there. Happy Birthday, I think.

Perfect Cell (13)

Dragonball Z - Cell was this lizard dude who absorbed androids and became this handsome guy. This is his final form before he finally died, but my memory is foggy. I know Goku died after translocating Cell to another planet, but I'm not sure if that was the end of it or not. This was the first guy who just regenerated after being blown to bits. He would not be the last and maybe that's why some people didn't care for Majin Buu.

This is an older pop like Vegeta, the stance is basic. The design is still unique enough for him to be cool. I'd like to add the first form and even his second form to my collection if I can. This was the first major arc of Dragonball Z that I saw from the start when the androids appeared.

Super Saiyan Goku (14)

Dragonball Z - Goku was always the main guy in the show, carrying the team on his back, but it still wouldn't be a good show with just him. His strength grows from the people around him. The powering up was definitely cool as hell to watch. The amount of drama put into the show was insane, but also, a production issue? He would power up over the course of several episodes or something crazy like that. The suspense really built up his strength in my mind. Loved eating spaghetti and watching this show on Mondays after school.

Super Saiyan was first done in his fight against Frieza. He trained a lot after that so he could really push his limits and eventually surpass even Super Saiyan. I always wished I could be a Saiyan so I could learn to fly and instant transmission from one place to another.

Goku & Flying Nimbus (109)

Dragonball - Little Goku flying on a sentient cloud. "Flying Nimbus!". I've seen the show, although it's been a while.  It's got charm and the whole Saiyan story is cool. The show is pretty old as far as quality is concerned. This was a gift from Alex Morales and probably Rebecca, too. When we all lived in together in Norfolk.

Rick with Portal Gun (114)

Rick and Morty - "McDonald's Szechuan sauce, you hear me Morty? *Burp*" Something like that.  I don't know what happened to the creators, but this was a stupid, funny show when it came out. Fast paced, dark humor. Haven't seen it in years. This was a find at Hot Topic before I moved to Norfolk.  Pretty early in my funko days,

Velma (151)

Scooby-Doo - Jinkies. The adorable nerdy girl with glasses, skirt, and high socks. I found this Pop at a Barnes & Noble in Virginia Beach. It was in the clearance bin. I guess it's kind of rare now, valued at $80 on HobbyDB.

Whis (317)

Dragonball Super

Beerus (514)

Dragonball Super

Ruby Rose (640)

RWBY

Naruto Uzamaki (Sexy Jutsu) (726)

Naruto Shippuden - Naruto used a technique called Sexy Jutsu to disarm opponents. Naruto is ridiculous. It was fun watching it subbed at Tyler's house.

Naruto Uzamaki (823)

Naruto Shippuden

Inuyasha with Kirara (946)

Inuyasha

Vegito (949)

Dragonball Z

Dr. Gero (950)

Dragonball Z

Hatsune Miku V4X (960)

Hatsune Miku V4X - I don't know who the hell she is, but she's cute. I have a poster of her from Tyler stored away downstairs. I saw this pop at BAM! and bought it on a whim. I thought she'd be cool to sit on top of my echo dot. She's gone back in the box since then.

Beerus (Eating Noodles) (1110)

Dragonball Super

Queen Historia (1170)

Attack on Titan

Mikasa Ackermann (1172)

Attack on Titan

Edward Elric (1176)

Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood - Edward...FULLMETAL ALCHEMIST..........FULLMETAL ALCHEMIST. This was another one I watched, partially on my own, partially with Tyler. It had one of the best endings I've ever seen to an anime. Edward facing the giant door and talking to the thing. Amazing.

I had a moment where I realized I didn't have many anime funko pops and decided to pick this up when I saw it at BAM! They restock pretty often. I try to check them out weekly. My favorite character from the show is probably Colonel Mustang, but I haven't seen him since I started looking.

Riza Hawkeye (1177)

Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood

Kakashi Hatake (1199)

Naruto Shippuden

Spike Spiegel (1212)

Cowboy Bebop - 3, 2, 1, let's go. Dun nun nuh nu nun nun nuuu nuuuuu. *More jazz* See you later space cowboy. Spike is one of the coolest styled charactered.

Honestly, I haven't given this show the attention it deserves, but I love the vibes and the voice acting. Good one to watch dubbed. The music is very cool, love the tense emotional scenes.

Faye Valentine (1214)

Cowboy Bebop

Super Saiyan Trunks with sword (1281)

Dragonball Super - Trunks came back from the future a few times, I think. However, in Super he was older so I don't remember what happened here. Maybe it was a different universe since in Super, there is a multiverse going on. I don't remember exactly, but I know future trunks appeared with a sword a in Dragonball Z and sliced Frieza in half.  He came back later to give Goku medicine so he wouldn't die of heart disease and could help stop Cell from destroying the planet, I think. Anyway, I wanted to get a trunks since I'm just now, finally, starting to build a Dragonball collection. I have watched all of Super before but there's a lot that went down. Trunks is trying to fight Zamasu or something like that. I like the amount of detail in this figure.

Sesshomaru (1301)

Inuyasha

Kirara & Shippo (1311

Inuyasha

Eren Jaeger (1321)

Attack on Titan: Final Season

Hinata with Twin Lion Fists (1339)

Naruto Shippuden

Vash the Stampede (1362)

Trigun - This show had lots of guitar riffs.  The story was a lot to pay attention to if you weren't focusing on the TV. It would air late night on Cartoon Network. I really liked Vash's glasses and trench coat. Too bad the glasses are only on the Chase variant.

Nicholas D. Wolfwood (1366)

Trigun

Mikasa Ackermann (1446)

Attack on Titan: Final Season

Armin Arlelt (1447)

Attack on Titan: Final Season

Yami Yugi (1451)

Yu-Gi-Oh!

Dark Magician Girl (1461)

Yu-Gi-Oh! - I watched this show sometimes, didn't really get invested, but I remember the monsters. I used to play Duelist of the Roses on PS2, that game was siiiicckkk. I remember going back and playing it again because it was so good. I played the actual card game a few times with my old friend Daniele. He gave me a deck of cards to keep, and it includes the regular Dark Magician.

Dark Magician Girl is just super cute, and I will always remember her.

Super Buu with ghost (1464)

Dragonball Z

Ichigo (1479)

Bleach - Ichigo says, Ban-Kai, and his sword gets bigger. The concept and delivery was pretty cool. I watched it over at Tyler's place in my younger years. I didn't get very far into the series. It's quite a long one, but I intend to watch it once I find it available to stream.

This is the basic version of Ichigo, the main character in Bleach, and since I didn't get far enough to see him deal with all the hollow transformations, I like this basic design. I think he used bankai on his sword, but I haven't looked up to verify it. In my mind, it's the bankai sword.
